7. Find Bitting and Wafer Swapper

The Find Bitting feature is the locksmith’s silver bullet! Often referred to as the “Fill” feature, InstaCode will search through an entire code series for the matching codes when given any number of the known cuts! This is a “must have” for any locksmith who makes keys to vehicles. The feature enables the creation of keys to operate all the locks on a vehicle without the need to disassemble every lock!
An advanced feature of this allows for the searching of “one up also” depths; searching for two possible depths in a position. This is perfect for use with lock readers/decoders.

Even when multiple keys can operate the known cut, the Find Bitting feature will generate a “Cutting Tree”. The “Cutting Tree” is a list of the possibly correct keys, sorted into an order that minimizes the number of key blanks that need to be used to cut and treat every possible key combination.

Here is a guide to cut HU64 key by using iKeycutter Condor XC-MINI Master. Operation is simple and easy. Hope it helps you!

 

Condor XC-MINI key cutting machine cut HU64 key blank procedure:

Start the machine and you can see a main menu as below. Click on “Cut by Bitting”

Select key: Enter “HU64” click “Confirm”

Put the M2 clamp with side B upwards and tighten

Insert the blank HU64 key blade as picture show:

Enter key bitting: 4542112232 then click on “Cut”

Just wait a while and HU64 key cutting complete! Use brush to clean up the key and clamp.

Now a new working HU64 key blade is cut successfully by Condor XC-MINI key cutting machine!

This is a guide for using Condor XC-MINI Master to cut a new Ford/Jaguar F021 key. Below are steps and pictures for your reference.

Machine used:

iKeycutter CONDOR XC-MINI Master Series Automatic Key Cutting Machine

Step1. Start Condor XC-MINI, Click “Cut by Bitting” on main menu.

Choose “F021” and click the arrow icon to confirm.

Enter bitting: 241434

Step2. Put M3 clamp (Now combine with M2 as one) tighten, insert the blank F021 key and tighten.

Ensure the key at position A1 then click “Cut”.

Turn the key position to A2 and click “Cut”.

Then change key position and cut in this order: A3→A4→B2→B3→B4→opposite side C→ opposite side D.

After that cutting complete! Remove the key. In this way Condor XC-MINI successfully cut a new F021 key for Ford or Jaguar!
