How to Use V8/X6 Key Cutting Machine to Cut New Key for VW HU66

In this article,auto key cutting machine blog will show you how to use V8/X6 key cutting machine to cut new key for VOLKSWAG HU66.

 

Procedures:

Install VW HU66 Fixture

Input original key on the HU66 clamp

Use “Key Search” button to select key type—>VOLKSWAG

Select “HU66.H8”

Select “Decode”

Press “Enter” button to start decode

 

After decode, Automatic V8/X6 Key Cutting Machine menu will show you the key code,press “Enter” to continue

Select “Nearest” and enter to continue

Remove original from clamp and put a new key on the clamp

Remove probe and install cutter

Select menu as below show,press “Enter” to continue

Now it will start cutting blank key

 

Please wait it will take about several minutes to complete cutting process

Now one side cutting completing,we need to cut the other side

 

 

Press “Cut” to continue

 

Start cutting,please wait for proceed

 

After both side cutting completing,remove key from clamp
